Prepare fresh pasta following the old local tradition, and learn all the tricks to have a good pasta. we will show the garden and collect together the ingredients that will be used for the dishes. Prepare two types of pasta: ravioli, fresh pasta filled with ricotta or vegetables or meat, and tagliatelle that will be dressed with lemon saouce. We also prepare a good Tiramisù. Enjoy a good glass of wine and at the end of the lunch, taste the liqueurs.
