Prepare to be transported back in time as you wander through the remarkably preserved buildings of this ancient Roman town, frozen in time by the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD. Herculaneum, a more compact site than Pompeii, is perfect for those who want to soak in history in just 90 minutes. You'll explore fascinating landmarks like the Termopolium (an ancient snack bar!), the opulent Sannite House, the House of the Relief of Telephus, the House of the Black Hall, and the House of the Wooden Partition.
